Florence Alabama Surprise Proposal | Zach and Kelsey
This Florence proposal surprised me and Kelsey. I was on a beautiful old railroad bridge that has been converted to a pedestrian bridge overlooking the Tennessee River. I was enjoying the end of an engagement session with another couple, when a group of 3 people walked past us. We all smiled at each other and I continued my session. Then my bride-to-be exclaimed, “He’s proposing!” I turned around quickly and started snapping some pictures of the proposal. I was so excited to have captured some of their proposal story. I wanted to chase them down the bridge with excitement, but I didn’t want the newly engaged couple to think I was crazy. So, I finished up the engagement session I was working on, and then walked briskly down the bridge to introduce myself.
Zach and Kelsey were so sweet to allow me to take a few more portraits to help them remember their engagement. I’m a story teller at heart and I love when beautiful stories come together in beautiful place with amazing people. I’m still tickled thinking about this moment. My schedule did not have me on that bridge on that day, but because of some last minute rescheduling I was there. So neat. So very neat. Thank you Zach and Kelsey for sharing your story with us and congratulations on your engagement!!!
