We had the absolute honor of capturing Michael and Abby’s stunning late summer wedding in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio. This beautiful couple, who currently call Florida home, returned to their roots for their big day. Michael, a dedicated Army service member, and Abby, a woman of grace and strength, brought their love story full circle surrounded by family, friends, and the city they both cherish.

Getting Ready: A Day of Anticipation
The morning began in the modern bridal suite at The Palomar, where Abby and her bridal party shared laughs, memories, and excitement as they prepared for the day ahead. The energy was contagious as everyone prepared for the day’s festivities.
After the girls were dressed, we stole a quiet moment with Michael outside. He stood under the shade, reading a heartfelt letter from Abby, setting the tone for the emotional moments that would follow.
Pajama Pictures & The Bride’s Gown
Abby and her girls shared some fun pajama photos before Abby slipped into her wedding gown. With help from her mother and sister, Abby’s dress came to life, and her mother helped her with the final touches of jewelry. The love between these women was evident, and it was a beautiful moment of connection.
First Looks: Love, Laughter, & Tears
Abby’s first look with her bridesmaids was filled with love, laughter, and a few happy tears. These candid moments were precious and so much fun to capture!

The ceremony took place outdoors at The Palomar, with a stunning backdrop of courtyard. Abby’s father proudly escorted her down the aisle, where they were met by Michael, standing tall in his Army dress uniform.
Their close friend officiated the ceremony, which was filled with love and sincerity. They exchanged vows, rings, and shared a tender first kiss as husband and wife, sealing their lifelong commitment to each other.
Cocktail Hour, Grand Entrance & First Dance
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour while we grabbed some additional portraits of the newlyweds. The grand reception entrance was nothing short of spectacular as Michael and Abby walked into the ballroom, greeted by dry sparklers lighting up the room. It was a grand moment that perfectly set the tone for the evening ahead.
Their first dance was equally magical, surrounded by a shower of sparklers. The love and joy they shared as they danced was contagious, and it’s a moment we know they’ll cherish forever.
Toasts, Dances & Celebrations
The evening continued with heartfelt toasts from both of their fathers, welcoming the guests and celebrating Michael and Abby’s love. Abby had a sweet dance with her father, and Michael shared a touching dance with his mom.
Then, it was time for the fun to begin! Abby’s sister and Michael’s brother gave touching speeches, followed by cake cutting and a lively dance floor. The couple and their guests danced the night away, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
